SK Group chairman urges AI transformation and '1 person, 1 agent' adoption

SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won proposed adopting a 'one person, one agent' approach and accelerating AI transformation (AX) across the company. He made these statements at the '2026 New Icheon Forum' held from April 11 to 13 at the SKMS Research Institute in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, under the theme 'AI-Driven Disruptive Innovation, a Great Shift to AX-Centric Management.' Chey emphasized that AI agents should evolve from merely enhancing personal performance to driving organizational performance, and stressed the importance of accurately defining work processes before implementing AI innovations.
