Samsung plans floating AI data centers to tackle power and cooling issues

Samsung is developing floating data center ships with a capacity of 50 MW to address energy and cooling challenges for AI infrastructure. The company is designing new vessels specifically for this purpose, rather than retrofitting old ships.
