ShinyHunters Uses Oracle Zero-Day to Rampage Higher Ed

The cybercriminal group ShinyHunters exploited a zero-day vulnerability in Oracle PeopleSoft software to hack over 100 organizations across 300 servers. The attacks disproportionately affected American universities, with the University of Nottingham being one of the first victims. The hackers have stolen large amounts of data.
