Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S and GLS 63 Unveiled with New V8 Engine

Mercedes-AMG has introduced new GLE 63 S and GLS 63 models powered by the M177 EVO 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine. The engine features a flat-plane crankshaft and a 48-volt mild hybrid system, producing 603 horsepower in some reports or 635 hp in others, with 850 Nm of torque. The vehicles boast improved fuel economy and throttle response. Pricing information has not been disclosed.
