MachinaLock automates Denso Korea's auto parts testing with AI

MachinaLock announced on the 16th that it has applied AI-based automation technology to the vehicle electronic parts testing process of Denso Korea, a global automotive parts manufacturer. The solution uses vision AI for anomaly detection, including automatic detection of screen flickering, blackouts, and no-signal conditions, as well as automatic recording of abnormal events by voltage section and accumulation of test process logs. The collaboration aims to replace manual visual monitoring, which previously required dozens of hours, with an AI-driven autonomous recording and tracking system.
