AMD silently disables RAM encryption on Ryzen CPUs

AMD has quietly disabled the Transparent Secure Memory Encryption (TSME) feature on its consumer Ryzen processors via a firmware update. TSME encrypted all data stored in RAM with a hardware-generated key that changes each boot, protecting against physical memory attacks. Users were not notified about this change.
