Anthropic hit with lawsuit over its Claude Max usage limits

Anthropic is facing a lawsuit over its Claude Max subscription plans. A Washington, D.C. customer, Karl Kahn, alleges that the $100/month Max 5x and $200/month Max 20x plans deliver far less usage than advertised, and that users cannot accurately measure the actual usage.
