Tesla Accused of Submitting Misleading Safety Data for FSD European Approval

According to a Reuters investigation, Tesla submitted its own safety statistics to regulators in Sweden and the Netherlands to support European approval of its Full Self-Driving (FSD) system. Independent road safety researchers stated the data was misleading marketing. Reuters found that the statistics used invalid comparisons and exaggerated the system's safety performance, claiming it was ten times safer than human drivers.
