Samsung Foundry Plans 2nm MPW Service by 2025

Samsung Foundry aims to extend its Multi-Project Wafer (MPW) service to the 2nm process node, with plans announced for next year according to ZDNet Korea, while a separate source from 36Kr indicates a possible expansion by 2027.
