Chey Tae-won and Noh So-young divorce mediation fails, property division dispute continues

The mediation for property division in the divorce case between SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won and Noh So-young, director of the Art Center Nabi, has failed. The two sides could not narrow their differences over issues including the division of Chey's SK shares and the valuation date of assets, leading to a resumption of legal proceedings. The Seoul High Court's Family Division 1 declared the mediation unsuccessful on June 15 after a second mediation session, and set a formal hearing for June 26.
