The FBI, in coordination with Google and Lumen Technologies' Black Lotus Labs, dismantled a China-based phishing-as-a-service operation called Outsider Enterprise. The service used over a million phishing URLs to steal credit card data and passwords, and was linked to $1.9 billion in losses and 3.87 million stolen cards. Authorities seized servers, Telegram bots, and money, and took down thousands of phishing websites.
